Summary

Health diminishes with your BMI increasing. That is clear.  

In this episode we discuss health and happiness and we ask the question can you really be healthy at any weight?

We all have metabolic markers; blood pressure, A1C, triglycerides, fasting glucose and waist circumference, if you're morbidly obese, you're going to fail that one.

Even if you passed almost all of these metabolic markers, it's not okay for you to be overweight or obese or morbidly obese.

With that said can you really be healthy at any weight?  I don't think so...
