and we are talking about all things around uh buying land far as the finance side of it and i can't

think of a better guy i call you on a weekly basis we talk a lot between you and kevin and

and everybody else in the

original office there, I call y'all all the time because there's a lot of things I don't

know about what you can and can't do or what's a good buyer or whatever when it comes to

borrowing money on a piece of land. So y'all are the professionals. So we talk all the time

but we go hand in hand what we do every day

Jamie I've heard that no one can afford to buy land but the one percent is this true that is not

true I wanted to open this up with the questions that matter yeah you got to be super wealthy to buy a

piece of land yeah that could not be farther from the I know. I figured it out because I'm po.

I'm able to buy land.

No, so just to lay some groundwork here.

So this topic that we're on, we, Jordan and I have talked about it before.

Like we, you know, when we started doing this show back in 2017, We weren't talking about buying property.
