0:14.0	I actually think that right now women have a big responsibility to lead a lot of it,
0:29.0	a lot of transformation that's happening around how we define success,
0:35.0	how we define work, because basically the world, as it is now, has been designed by man,
0:42.0	and it's not working.
0:52.0	There are a few good men who are very necessary.
0:59.0	But if you think of it, you know, we had the first women's revolution,
1:08.0	which was women getting the vote.
1:10.0	The second women's revolution, which was led by Betty Friedan in the States
1:15.0	and Gloria Steinem, which is basically having access to every job,
1:20.0	but equal pay, every position at the top of every field.
1:24.0	And now I think there is a third women's revolution,
1:27.0	which is redefining what success and work are.
1:31.0	So instead of simply saying, I want to be at the top with you, where you are,
1:35.0	just saying, is this really the best way to run a business?
1:38.0	Is this the best way to run our world?
1:42.0	And women are saying, no, many, many women are saying,
1:46.0	we need to actually change the corporate structure in which we are competing.
1:50.0	Change the political world in which we are competing.
1:53.0	Not just compete on the terms that man created.
1:58.0	And you know what?
1:59.0	When this changes happen and they are happening,
