So my name is Jay Huelings. I'm a candidate for Congress in Texas. Texas 23 which is a big

district that stretches from San Antonio all the way to El Paso with a huge chunk of the border, the U.S. Mexico border.

And I've been in this race about two months.

Before that I was a federal prosecutor in San Antonio and Del Rio,
