tax debts expire after 10 years, roughly several hundred million used to expire in 2011 on average,

in years past. Now it's eight billion in the most recent year. Wait a second.

What you're telling me is that eight billion dollars of proper government revenue,

vanish, assessed government taxes, people owed them, they know who it is, and it just

vanished because they can't collect eight billion dollars. Eight billion dollars last year.

It's a lot of money. Yeah. It's real, you know, start a billion here, a billion there.

You could probably build a wall with that.
