Listen, I'm only showing you off today because I knew I'd feel shame if I brought any single-use plastic into the studio for

this particular topic, microplastics. Oh, yeah. You would be banned from life. Or banned from life.

I banned for life. And from life because of the microplastics. For and from. It's not a good look.

Yeah, I've actually been hearing so much about these things lately, these teeny tiny particles of plastic in the environment that can really screw with your health.

Like, it's been all over the news lately. And they're everywhere at this point, even in like fresh fruits and vegetables and definitely in our water, probably our air.

Yeah, it's a, it's like one of these environmental pollution issues that nobody can really

escape at this point. It's so pervasive. It's everywhere in the environment. And we recently

published a piece on this site that's all about how to reduce your exposure to microplastics.
