You're going to. Hey everybody welcome to another episode of Purple Insider Matthew Collar here and the

Minnesota Vikings practiced on Sunday. Unfortunately for fans they were not able to come out because the team had to move their practice up because of the weather and eventually the skies opened up in the afternoon here in the area, but they practiced instead earlier and had a padded practice, the usual kind of thing and then we'll practice tomorrow, they'll have a day off,

then they'll get into the hardcore practices

against the Tennessee Titans of which we will have

recaps each day of those practices that are talked about by the team as being very, very important to the evaluation.

So we, even though it feels like we've been doing this like for quite a while now with training camp.

We are just in the middle portion, I suppose,

or even still beginning-ish,

I guess more middle portion of training camp

and there is still a ways to go two more pre-season games and then we finally get into the regular season.

So this is the dog days of summer this week and just to go through a couple of the things that happened out there today.

I mean as far as from a who made a big play and stuff like that I mean I can still bring you guys that it becomes a little less

important until we get to those joint practices going through kind of the

recap of this guy was playing well today and so forth. It wasn't the most intense practice and then tomorrow I believe it's going to be another walkthrough and they're going to give them plenty of rest heading up to those intense practices with the Tennessee Titans, which I'm sure Mike Vraable is going to have

his team ready to come here and bring it. But there was a couple of plays that stood out to me today.

I mean, number one, Tristan Jackson was better. was back and I'll tell you

and I'll tell you when I saw Tristan Jackson go down a couple of days ago I guess

maybe a week ago, two weeks.

I thought that man's season is over,

and this may be the window that he misses in his career

to have a chance to step up and make a roster and so forth. So he was back and made two spectacular catches right off the bat.

And I just continue to think that Tristan Jackson is making a push to make this roster and somebody asked the other day like will they keep five or six wide receivers and even though I think five does make a lot of sense and having one of them being a kick returner,
