of an unsubstantial and indeed highly problematic kind that are nonetheless shaking our political

system to its foundations and rather than explore the ins and outs of these allegations, I think

maybe we want to pull back a little bit and do some self examination. I'm going to

posit something and then I think I'm going to ask Soraub to start off with the self examination.

So there are four of us in this studio. We are all conservatives and we have independently

and at the same time come to believe that the allegations against Supreme Court nominee

Brett Kavanaugh are unproven, unprovable, un falsifiable, and that simple justice

requires and our system in which we believe that the one is innocent until proven guilty and

general fairness and all of that have led us to believe that it is possible that a terrible

injustice is going on, even if we believe that the allegations, in this case I would say the first

allegations by Christine Blasey Ford, not the new allegations by Deborah Ramirez which we can go

into later are really shockingly and substantial and frankly not credible.

But even if we believe that they should be investigated and that she should have her day to
