He is in for Al, who is on vacation, cruising somewhere in the Caribbean with someone

doing something, although at this point probably sleeping or drinking coffee. We'll get

fleaks coming in after he handles Boomer in the sports minutes a little bit later in the hour.

So I was off last week watching the Metson Yankees from afar. I was in Florida golfing most of the

week, but I did get a good opportunity

to watch the Subway Series, of course, on Tuesday and Wednesday, watch the big comeback on Thursday

night for the Metsies while the Yankees were floundering, watched on Friday, of course, when all that

blew up, and then the weekend came. And this is what I'm left with, this thought as I watch this baseball season.

Can we have some consistency, please?

Is it too much to ask for these two teams to play well at the same freaking time?
