Hi, my name is Erica, and I really love listening to your podcast chasing life.

I do have a question.

I recently listened to your episode regarding pain and some potential best practice remedies.

I come from an Asian family that if there is an injury to the skin to the muscle, immediately we bring out the

tiger bomb and start rubbing the heck out of it until it gets pretty hot. And I'm just wondering

what your perspective is on this practice. Is it healthy? Does it make a difference from a longstanding Chinese family?

It's just like standard practice that we do immediately once someone gets hurt physically.
