A report from Henry Abbott of True Hoop says that Damian Lillard will request a trade from

Portland in the coming days. Rich and I dive into why, if that report is true, Daryl has to be

willing to do whatever he can and give up whatever it would take to get Lillard in Philadelphia.

We then go over a few players in our latest stay-or-go roster analysis, where we try to

predict which players will return for next season.

We talk a little bit about why acquiring Kyle Lowry in a sign-in trade would be difficult,

and then dive into the listener mailbag.

So the way this is going to work, Rich and I recorded a podcast on Thursday.

It was a pretty long podcast, a combination of we basically discussed the stay-or-go article that we wrote for the athletic we then went

into the mailbag we closed up recording i said rich you know i'm probably gonna probably gonna

wait until friday to release this it's the offseason it's not like anything is going to change

well then there was multiple reports about dame lillard pressing a trade out of portland

and then all that speculation broke loose.

So in the hours, you know, basically Friday morning, we're recording this on Friday afternoon before Dame speaks to the media,

because I don't necessarily expect him to rock the boat too much while at a Team USA practice.

But the report came out from Henry Abbott,

former ESPN, Always True Hoop,

that his sources say that Dame Lillard will request a trade here in the coming days.
