It is almost another weekend and a chance for the Packers to get the sour taste of the past two weeks out of their mouth and ours as well, frankly.

Mark, this is another one of those weeks where I think I'm glad that we get a couple days before we have to get on the microphone and talk about this team. Yeah, and I'm glad we're talking about the, you know, you and I joke sometimes that we,

we wish we could talk about the offense.

Yep. Some weeks into maybe alternate or something with the other guys, but I'm kind of glad we're talking about the defense this week because I'd probably use a lot of bad words if we were talking about the offense. It was, it was ugly. And I think we have to, well, we're going to have to talk about it because we got a lot of, we got a lot of questions. Oh, yeah, we have questions, don't we. Okay, good. We do have, we do have questions. We got a lot of questions. We got a lot of, and there's a lot to get through. And there's already been a lot that's been set. So that's the nice thing is, by the time you and I record, more sense of what happened has been made, whether it's the Packers playing a game.

I don't know what. I still know what happened. I don't know how to, I don't know. First of all, I don't know. It's funny. I do a couple other things. And this week, I was people want, you know, Eagles Packers. Everybody says, oh, who knows more about this than Mark? Probably a lot of people, but I do know both teams.

I know the Eagles.

I don't know.

People think I still know the Eagles real well.

I probably know them teams. You know, I know the Eagles. I don't know.

People think I still know the Eagles real well. And probably know them better than most Packer people, but I don't, I mean, I've been eight years now since I actually cover them. I do keep in touch with some people up there. But anyway, I couldn't have been more wrong about it. If you 10, 7, I didn't see that coming. No, no one did.

You and i picked like

we both got to pick right but not the way we thought i think i picked like 30 to 24 or something i

said 27 23 yeah and i said there i thought it'd be a you know so yeah i did not see that come

if you so i still can't believe the packer defense played as well as they did. That was a great effort by that defense. To hold the, the Philadelphia Eagles with that off with Jalen Hertz, Sequin Barkley, A.J. Brown, Devante Smith, Dallas Goddard, that offensive line, to hold that team to 10 points. That's, that, I can't say enough about that.

But to tell me the Packers only scored seven points against an Eagles defense, that's,

it's okay. It's, it's not nearly as good as it was last year. I mean, they're missing some people.
