Actually, in case, I know, I don't know how people, I've gotten some tweets about my health issues and just let everybody know if you care.

And I don't like talking about myself but

I did go see my doctor today my surgeon and he was very very pleased with what the results of

my whatever x-rays and every other thing that they did and I kind of been cleared to do almost

anything nice well you know when you're running on the beach

every day, Mark, of course you're in good shape. I'm not running. I'm not used to be, but now I still

can't run. That's what I did. But they do want me to walk as much as I can, which I've been doing.

Running is still not, not allowed. there's a few things that lifting any any

any overexertion but right but um but um but i'm not but like I said he was very pleased and
