Has there ever been a Pro Bowl signing this late into the off season? like an unbelievable training camp cut or a guy signed off the street due to injury.

in utter fear of it being a weakness. It could stop our passing game. All you have to do is

just double Garrett Wilson all game and you have a good chance of stopping the Jets.

Wondering what the historical odds of us signing a star number two receiver is at this point in the calendar

well to answer the question specifically the odds are not good yes there have been players who

have signed at this point or later who have gone on to make the pro bowl that season um you know the

most famous one who might resonate with jets fans would be brett farv after he left the jets

in 2008 the minnesota vikings did not sign him until the summer.

He made the Pro Bowl in 2009.

It does happen occasionally.

If you're looking for a star level player at this time of year, I think, you know, you're kind of at the point where you don't control your own destiny.

Because there is not going to be

a star level player available at every position. It's likely that somebody's going to shake free

and that's, you know, somebody may be in a contract dispute with his team and demand to trade

or, you know, sometimes there are even surprise cuts cuts but that's not going to happen at every
