We are changing our mornings Thanks. Hello tribe so I've been thinking a lot about mornings having the addition of a new puppy in my life.

My puppy Gusto is six months old and we're finally getting out of some of the hardest

puppy stages and what I've noticed is that it's really hard for me to claim my

morning with a puppy and I know many of you for so many reasons

really want in your hearts to start your mornings

out on the right foot, on the right note.

And I want to talk a little bit about how to do that.

Because ideally if you talk to any spiritual person,

any type of healer, what we want people to do is we want them to wake up and meditate

first thing in the morning.

We want to center and ground on that meditative energy, calming the brain, getting ready for
