Have you completed your census? The census is so important, specifically to your city and area.

People don't realize how important the census is, and it only comes around every 10 years.

This year alone, they've been changing the due date for the census.

You want to make sure that you are counted because every person represents a certain amount

of federal funding.

It's so important to make sure that you complete your census now before September 30th.

haven't, do it today. Don't wait until September 30th, but that is the cutoff date.

In my lifetime, I expect to see three, four, perhaps even more women on the high court bench,

women not shaped from the same mold, but of different complexions.

I surely would not be in this room today without the determined efforts of men and women who kept dreams of equal citizenship

alive. I have had the great good fortune to share life with a partner, truly extraordinary for his generation, a man who believed at age 18 when we met,

that a woman's work, whether at home or on the job, is as important as a man's.

Radio Network. This episode is dedicated to the Honorable Ruth Bader Kingsburg, who

passed away this past Friday. The reason why I thought it was important to do this episode was because I had tweeted

that I felt like people were more focused on what this means for the Supreme Court

than really honoring the life of RBG.

So I thought it was important to sort of celebrate her life in this episode and celebrate

the many women she inspired and the women that inspired her to be the pinnacle of what we need

in the Supreme Court, what we need in this country, and what we will need to go forward.
