So, the story in the California Post.

California outranks Texas in new top 100 best barbecue places list.

But there's a catch. It says, okay, what's a catch? California's a big state. Maybe it just has a really good barbecue.

I got Lutie's in Woodland. Freaking great. And I've had, I told the owner who's in there now and then, I said, I've eaten a lot of the barbecue places in Texas that they are so proud of that are good.

Luties and Woodland is fantastic.

Anyway, how did California pass Texas?

Because they're including all kinds of Japanese and Korean barbecue and stuff like that.

Oh, wait a minute.

I know, that's what I'm saying.

This is America.
