the conversation that stands out the most to me is obviously sex right. But if I'm being

completely transparent I'm leaning towards the attachment styles like I didn't know much about

it and the fact that we were able to flush that out I really feel good about that.

When I brought you into my world I introduced you to my village right because my village

means so much to me so if I'm willing to pull you into my village it got to be a different type of

love and when people don't really appreciate that or identify with that. I think that for granted

it kind of yeah and you know it builds the attachment style that I have now which you know it's

somewhat healthy somewhat unhealthy I just got to find a balance I guess.

That was a really good moment I think that was a real we really got close on that one and then

I also recognized that I was not securing everything. One of my favorite moments was discussing

the trauma of violence that was I got extremely vulnerable I feel like we got real close because I

shared some really intimate parts of myself with you guys. I grew up in the projects super fucking

poor I grew up in a very toxic dynamic of a family relationship talking about my parents beat

each other up right cheated on each other cheated on each other in front of me my father was uh

he hustled in the streets but my dad experienced a ton of violence he's an immigrant you know from

Ecuador he got his ass whooped by my grandma he was his association with violence is with his mom

my mom's mom died of a heroin overdose my mom's dad died of cirrhosis of the liver when she was like

10 it's a form of violence for you to see these very violent deaths that your family is living my
