No, always fucking goes back to childhood.

But if you grew up in a household that was like you didn't feel emotionally that

it was stable, that you were constantly putting fires out, that is your reality and it

becomes your comfort zone.

My mom used to do this thing where she would promise things and never deliver on them.

So because of that, I had this carnal, primal reaction to receiving gifts from people because

they come associated with being let down.

And I just, I didn't enjoy that.

And I'd rather not receive anything and give because you can't be let down when you're giving. Somebody had passed away and this guy said, I lost the only man that wanted to see me do better than him. That's how I feel. I'm going to cry. You're going to make me cry.
