I think his ability from a player identification standpoint in the draft is the thing the organization most needs.

He's not going to miss in the draft.

It's just not something that he did over that period of time we were together.

And I think if you look at the importance of just talent acquisition and player

development, those are, those are his two greatest strengths. So I think you're going to see

somebody really flourish there.
