Yes, I always come to these podcasts.

I got 100% fighting fit. You definitely can't hear it in my voice immediately.

But I am not 100% fighting fit.

It feels good to be me at the peak of my game.

Harry E. How's it going, my friend? Are you at the peak of your powers? I listened to the start of Sunday's podcast

and Ben said something very similar, to be honest, about Sam.

And the noise that Sam makes as he starts to speak is,

it's unique.

And I'm sure listeners, you've heard it because you listen to the podcast,

but it really made me laugh.

I didn't notice it when we recorded, but it's like a

cry for help. It's like, uh, uh, it's like a horror victim. Oh dear. Um, well, you're still going to have

an hour's worth of Austrian preview because there's plenty

to talk about today.

We'll give our thoughts on who or what is under pressure a little bit later on, bold predictions,

poll one, two, three, our thoughts on teams potentially bringing some upgrades this week.

But to kick us off, the Austrian GP, so we got round 11 of the 2025 championship. The Red Bull Ring

first held a race back in 1970 and has been on the calendar continuously since 2014.
