Some Republican lawmakers are accusing federal judges of acting as left-wing activists. Congressman Darrell Issa (R-CA) has proposed legislation to limit the scope of certain rulings and to prohibit nationwide injunctions. However, some Democratic lawmakers argue that judges must intervene to "rein in" the President.
