What was your favorite book growing up when you were little, little?

Like, what did somebody have to read to you over and over again?

I loved a lot of the Dr. Seuss books.

Oh, yeah.

And I don't know why I now remember this, or if it's just because, but my mother-in-law

told me that Jordan's favorite was the caterpillar one, the hungry caterpillar. Is that a Dr. Seuss or is that a regular Seuss? No, it's a regular book. And I love reading that one to my kids. And I don't know, I don't have the nostalgia, but just like, I don't know, it's such a good little book. And, like, of course, like Ledger's just like a hungry little monster. So it makes me think of him. Like, it's just cute. What about you? The first book I remember being, you know, that was read to me when I was little. I then started to read myself when I got older, which is still one of my favorite books of all time, which is the Indian in the cupboard by Lynn Reed Banks.

Oh, okay. We're not talking about like little books. We're talking about. No, I don't. So I didn't have a lot of little books when I was growing up. My parents told me stories. I got stories. My mom would sing to me and my dad would tell me story, like cool stories that he made up and he would do voices.

My grandfather did the same.

So they did more of that stuff.

But then when I was in like, you know,

kindergarten first grade

my mom started reading me novels and so that was yeah indian the cupboard was one of the first

novels i remember that i loved the box car series oh yeah sure was what would that be like

second grade third grade that kind of thing, sure. I loved that series. And then later on, the goosebumps. I get, yeah, ElfQuest was big for me, too, when I was little. So all that kind of stuff. Yeah, there's some great stuff out there, which segues us perfectly into today's movie that we're going to talk about.
