I'm Lou Guerrero, and I will be your host on this day's show.

Today's Thursday, August 7th, 2025.

And not to shock you, but the Labor Day Holloway, Holiday, that is,

is less than four weeks away, fewer than

four weeks left until Labor Day weekend.

And that is to say that summer is moving pretty darn quickly.

It's almost over.

Now most of us, some of us, certainly the youngest among us, get this little

summer respite, right? Summer vacation, a time away from learning, time away from education.

But for us adults, we don't really have that ability. We consistently have to be paying attention to all that is around us

and educating ourselves, not just for our work lives, our professional lives, but also what is

happening in the economy that affects our investments, that affects our financial future. And so we

here at InvestTalk hope that we teach lessons five days a week
