This guy is a pediatrician with his bachelor's in medicine. He is also a surgeon.

Now, he was recently questioned by Representative Mary Miller, who asked two different medical leaders

that attends hearing on Tuesday to directly answer whether non-biological women can have babies.

And she couldn't receive a straight answer from these individuals.

Now you're going to hear from this doctor who is also the chancellor of UC San Francisco,

the 10th chancellor of this school, meaning he is advising students and many of them going into the medical profession.
