| 1:46.3 | But when your mind is unwell or unbalanced and giving you trouble, then it's very difficult |
| 1:51.5 | to sit with a disturbed mind and meditate and I think that if somebody is giving advice to another suffering from anxiety to practice meditation, |
| 2:00.0 | then they really need to do that with full understanding of what that individual's going through. |
| 2:05.0 | And when somebody is feeling disturbed, if you're just going to ask them to sit still and quiet for 20 minutes or half an hour, |
