On today's episode, I am talking to Dan Harris.

Dan Harris, you probably recognize.

He's a anchor for Good Morning America on the weekends, and he is a peppy guy who seems

to have lots of energy and quite frankly seems to have it all together, and that's why

I wanted to talk to him because he's written two books now about how he doesn't really

have it all together.

His first book is about him becoming 10% happier after he had a panic attack on the air,

and his current book, Meditation for Fidgety Skeptics, is a book for those of us who think

we can't meditate.

Dan was once one of those people himself.

It is definitely a book that advocates meditation, but I think even more than that, it advocates

meditating from where you are now, you know, not trying to be perfect about it, just

doing it.

Anyway, his road of self discovery and some tips for beginning meditators, here's Dan.
