Summary

Marriage today looks very different than it did 20 years ago — and nobody is talking honestly enough about it.

In this solo episode, Caroline Stanbury opens up about modern relationships, the pressure couples face today, and why communication has become more important than ever. From social media and shifting expectations to finances, trust, and long-term commitment, Caroline shares her unfiltered thoughts on what actually makes relationships last.

She also dives into one of the most controversial topics in marriage: prenups. Why are people so afraid of them? Are they practical, protective… or completely misunderstood?
