1:29.0 | well grounded, and I'm quoting here, it's not enough to just be around other people participating |

1:41.7 | There is something specific about performing acts of kindness, |
1:49.1 | things that make other people feel happy or feel good. |
1:54.8 | And this comes on the heels of another study from a year or two ago |
