I think about all the time now about artificial intelligence and like the AI training and that you have these like

Democratic politicians whose like software is trained on the like toxic dysfunctional de-growth politics of blue states.

And then they come out and they're like, oh, if I talk about housing supply

and economic growth, that's going to be really tough.

But if I talk about my plan for a national program

of price controls, that's going to be great.

podcast recently. We used to do a podcast together, old podcast friends. I really wanted to talk to you because you know we're both like

long-time kind of housing, housing policy enthusiasts.

But this has come up in the presidential campaign in a way that it really hasn't been

kind of central to politics ever before which I think is interesting and maybe a little bit

Surprising but I don't know I'm what do you why do you think we're we're seeing politicians talk about housing more than in the past?

Yeah, I mean, firstly, I do think it's surprising.
