Welcome back Packers fans to the Packaday podcast. Happy Thursday to everybody. It is Bears

0:26.0

Week and we are going to talk all about it. I am half your Thursday crew, Jason Perron.

0:31.0

With me as always the Packer report is Mark Echle. Mark, how was Thanksgiving?

0:35.5

It was started off great. Packers beat the line.

0:39.8

So it was after that, anything was to pardon the pun, it was all gravy after that.

0:44.8

That's right. No better way to celebrate a holiday than a Packers victory. And the Packers have

0:48.6

spoiled us over the past several years with holiday games. This was the what, fourth year in a row,

0:53.8

third year in a row they played on Thanksgiving? Third year in the dolphins last year. They made sushi out of the dolphins and, and they've sandwiched it two victories over the lions in Detroit. Jordan Love got his turkey leg. Yes, he did. Jordan Love has been great on Thanksgiving, by the way. I think all three years his passer rating was over 120.

1:12.3

Yeah, his best game was last year at home.

1:16.5

But I heard a lot of interesting stuff.

1:26.3

Caleb Williams and the Bears.

1:28.1

It's their first time facing Ben Johnson as head coach of the Chicago Bears. But seeing a lot of interesting stuff about Jordan Love and how well the offense operates outside of Lambo when it gets colder.

1:42.6

And I mean, naturally, that's going to be the case with a lot of high flying offenses. It's just it's hard to get going when it gets colder. And I mean, naturally, that's, that's going to be the case with a lot of high-flying

1:45.5

offenses.

1:46.2

It's just, it's hard to get going when it's, when it's really chilly. I mean, the Packers have won some cold games. They've lost some cold games, but a lot of them have been a little bit lower scoring. So you expect that, yeah. Well, but we'll see. It's Toyotathon. So I mean, it's where I'm riding, I'm riding Toyota thought until the literally speaking of puns until the wheels fall off.

2:03.9

And so I expect Jordan Love to have another really big game. And I will say one thing about him since, you know, we can't really talk too much offense here, but the medal, M-E-T-L-E medal that Jordan Love continues to show his growth, his maturity. You can see it in what he says, how he acts on the field, his confidence. You want to know when I knew this game, the Lions game was Overmark? Because we haven't had a chance really to kind of talk about it. It had nothing to do with a single play on the field. They panned at the sideline, and I saw Jordan Love kind of smiling, chuckling a little bit.
