First I want to know when did you move to L.A.

And like how did you establish your queer friend group?

Oh, that took time.

I partially grew up in L.A. since I was like nine.

My dad, when he started coaching the L.A. Raiders and they moved to L.A.

So that's why a lot of my childhood, especially my fun times, were like here, like, in the

west side of L.A., like where I moved back.

I went to college first in Texas at

TSU and then I transferred out here. I was on the basketball team. And then when I transferred

to Cal State, L.A., that's when I started to build friendships here. I think when we were younger,

we didn't really have too many friends growing up here in L.A. It was kind of hard because we

weren't in the, we didn't go to school here.

We just were here for every other weekend in the holidays and then summertime.

So it was hard to make friends until I transferred her in college.
