Hello, three minutes after ten is it. Would you like to play a game today? Would you like to play a little game? I've got an idea for a little game. I thought we'd play, who is the craziest? A commentator regarding the current crisis. I've got five names for you. I'll run you through their commentary shortly. I'm currently doing this off the top of my head, which means I'm already regretting opening the show with it because there's a strong chance I won't remember all five of them.

Let's begin at the beginning.

So of these five pundits, commentators, characters, people,

which one do you think has come up with,

for clicks and giggles?

I give you Daniel Hanan. There is a

quote, economist end quotes called Andrew Lilico, who you might be familiar with. Both of them,

of course, prominent Brexiteers. I think we can start using that word now, because it stopped

sounding like musketeer or something noble and it started sounding instead like

sort of pedal bin or something like that so both prominent brexiteers daniel han and andrew lillico

david frost of course who was ennobled for that brilliant deal that the tories are still trying

to abandon uh crispin odi the fellow who quasi quatering used to be a consultant for and who made millions of millions of pounds by shorting the pound both on Brexit night and on the immediate aftermath of Friday's mini budget.

And John Redwood, a man who needs no introduction.

So all five of those have thrown their hats into the ring this morning and we will be deciding a little later to work out which one of them is conquers.

Conquers is a good word to use. Which one of them is the most conquers? Five minutes after ten is the time.

But we'll get on to that a little later. We'll begin with Keir Starmer. These are the mornings where I really like politics in an almost anoraki way.

And my job, of course, is to engage you in a way that doesn't necessarily demand anorakiness from you.
