come up repeatedly is why does it seem that Haiti is always in a constant state of chaos? And is this something in the United

States that we should be concerned about? It is in our hemisphere. It is in our area of the world.

But is there also any sort of moral obligation to people that are obviously suffering as a result

of a very, very poorly run country combined with a lot of gang violence? And today we're going to
