Not a great watch just now, is it?

I'm very well done.

And, yeah, it's a painful watch, to be honest.

I think the best thing you can say about Spurs this season is that they have found a way

to win away games.

It's not particularly pretty, but it is largely effective.

The same is not true of their home games at the moment.

They're really struggling there.

But just generally speaking, the football has been really grim to watch. So the bar is low at the moment,

and I'm hoping the anyway is up for Spurs. Yes, indeed. Now, if you're listening to this

on a run or a walk, which will come to at the end of the show, no doubt.

I'm actually on my own in the studio. I'm usually joined by Sam in the studio, but he's feeling

a little bit poorly. I've got to say, what a trooper. He's still coming on to the show,
