Summary

The U.S. supply chain is continuing to be impacted from the coronavirus pandemic on top of consumer demand, a labor shortage and delays overseas. As the holiday season approaches the demand is only getting worse. Last month, President Biden unveiled a plan to assist in easing bottlenecks in major ports in California by expanding hours of operations. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has pitched the Sunshine State to help assist in the current supply chain crisis, saying the ports have the capacity and are already operating on a 24/7 schedule. Could Florida's ports help alleviate the supply chain demand? President and CEO of the Florida Ports Council, Michael Rubin joins to discuss. This week, the Supreme Court heard arguments about the controversial Texas SB 8 abortion law. While a ruling in that case could have huge implications, an upcoming challenge to a Mississippi abortion law could force the High Court to re-examine the landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade abortion decision . FOX News Contributor and Law Professor at George Washington University Jonathan Turley joins the FOX News Rundown to discuss both cases, how he thinks the Supreme Court Justices may rule, and why he thinks there could be major changes to our country's abortion laws in the coming months. Plus, commentary by FOX News contributor Joe Concha. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
