triple header coming up. It's the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort.

Plenty to talk through on today's episode. F1 back and forth is going to be played later on.

We're going to be discussing Audi and their venture into Formula One in 2026. And of course,

the preview itself, bold predictions, poll one, two, three. It's all on its way. We're actually recording this a day earlier than we usually do. We're recording on a Tuesday evening rather than a Wednesday evening.

So, of course, that does give the most important question here to you, Sam. Usually you fuel

yourself a pizza on a Wednesday. Are you fuelled with pizza tonight?

No, that's Wednesday.

I've still got it lined up for dinner tomorrow on Wednesday.

Today is a burger.

It was a burger today I had for dinner.

Made it myself.

It's very nice. Had fresh onions and lettuce and ketchup and mustard and a bit of a classic American cheese on a toastie bun.

And it was delightful.
