I'm a college roadmap, and I've put it down at the bottom, the road to somewhere.

It sounds good on paper, but just for our watchers and our listeners that haven't read your column and they should and haven haven't kept up what's the latest here ross

delinger reported about a a plan of some sort yeah so it's actually a draft from the presidential

college sports reform committee if remember back to the beginning of march president trump

put together a handful of committees full of college athletic

administrators and those types to kind of get their hands around some of the issues going on

just to provide some ideas.

And a lot of those people attended a two-hour-long meeting up in D.C.

And I think Mac Brown was on one of them. And U.S. Chancellor Lee Roberts was on one of the committees.

And so some of this is coming from that group. But basically, what this draft is, is an attempt for Congress to be able to get their hands around everything

going on and to provide a framework moving forward that can keep the NCAA afloat.

As we've talked about a lot in recent months, when you talk to industry insiders and

just people who kind of understand what's going on with NIL and RevShare kind of around the

country, there's a pretty strong belief that it's either going to take help from Congress

to provide some type of antitrust exemption or is going to take a collective bargaining agreement.
