0:43.4	ancient practice of the spiritual life engaged by St. Francis of Assisi, which I didn't know about.
0:50.2	I like him. Yeah, big fans. And it's a 40-day journey, and it is kind of a summertime experience of Lent for those
0:57.7	of you that just, you know, one yearly Lent isn't enough.
1:01.8	We've got to double up on that.

1:05.0	But it's a 40-day Lenton, second Lenton journey in honor of St. Michael the Archangel.
1:10.7	And it was actually so powerful for St. Francis of
1:13.1	Assisi that it was during his practice of St. Michael's Lent that he received the st.gmata.
1:18.8	So this year, Exodus 90 as a group will be leading this practice, this summertime Lent,
