Welcome back to another Stay Hot Live stream.

and as always by my two favorite co-hosts of all time in Matthew Spahn Hour and Theo Ash.

Matt and I are live from Nashville, Tennessee, as many of you may have seen from the most recent episode of the podcast. We're just

chilling, taking a break from going out to bring you some great live content. And Theo is, of course,

in his humble abode in Flagstaff, Arizona. But before we get into the wonderful show that we

have planned for you all today, Matt Theo, how are you guys doing?

I feel really good. I was scrolling through my TikTok feed and I came across a Theo Ash video

where he spoke very highly of my beloved Carolina Panthers. And even though all the top comments were like, Matthew has you at gunpoint or what did Matthew

say to you or blah, blah, blah.

I'm glad that somebody else is high on them because I think they're going to be pretty good

next year, honestly.

I think so too.

That was my video this morning where I made the

NFC power rankings. And literally my methodology was extremely simple and quick. And honestly,

I probably should have put more thought into it. But all I did was just write down quarterback,

skill position player, offensive line, front seven secondary coaching. And then I gave all the

NFC teams, just like a one through five grade. And then I just added up all the points at the end.

And then that's how I made my little list. And I thought that the Carolina, like, they're going to

have a good quarterback week one, one of the top ones in the NFC, which is sad

to say, but that's just the way it's going to be with the state of things right now.
