today. But we've just been talking about perceived wisdoms and I've just learnt one from Matt

Roberts about the length of his hair and how he got it, which has amazed me. What I said again,

what's the vegetable that you've been eating that has made your hair grow incredibly quickly in that?

I was told that broccoli eating broccoli makes your hair grow quickly, but Catherine's very,

very skeptical of that notion. Well, I eat quite a lot of broccoli, Matt, and my hair grows very

slowly. Right. I eat quite a lot of broccoli in my hair grows quickly, but

David, a tie breaker. I'm the tie breaker. And don't worry about giving a good answer because no one's

listening anymore. So take your time. Yeah, well, I eat a normal amount and I've got a normal

hair grow length. So yeah, that's how we start in this show. So how's your day being?
