Dr. Berg talks about antibiotics and if they can cause weight gain. The answer is yes, they can make you gain weight. You have 1000 trillion microbes growing in and around you. When you kill off the good bacteria, you can be hungrier, crave the wrong foods, and develop more inflammation, which then leads to insulin resistance and weight gain.
