And welcome to Take Back Your Mind podcast Life Question of the Week.

0:40.6

I have the opportunity to answer questions that people are asking me as they email their question to me.

0:49.1

And I'm always feel privileged to be in the position to seek to bring some level of understanding, some level of

0:55.7

assistance to all of you who are tuning in. And oftentimes, maybe you personally haven't

1:03.0

written in the question. However, the questions are applicable to everyone. So today we have a

1:10.0

question from Samuel, from Malawi Africa.

1:15.6

1:45.5

1:59.0

to meditate every chance I get? Samuel, first of all, I applaud you for going down this path of awakening through the practice of meditation.

2:10.6

It's very wonderful, it's very magnificent.

2:14.6

One, meditation is not an escape from life. Meditation is an escape from your

2:21.3

little points of view, perceptions, and opinions, and to come into a much more expanded awareness of that

2:27.7

which is real. So there are cycles in meditation where you appear to be going through one,

2:34.4

in which you just want to meditate all the time.

2:37.2

And I can remember going through those same cycles myself.

2:40.3

It's all I wanted to do was meditate.
