The best phone-in hour ever on the radio ever, says a tweet just arrived from Agnes and Lola, and who am I to disagree? If you've got a question

that needs an answer, here's the only number you need. O345-6060973. Just bear with me a moment though

if you're new to this because there are sort of two rules and then a couple of polite requests

as well. The rules are don't be boring and don't be repetitious. You can't

really control the second one, so you'll have to trust us. If you ask a question that we are

confident we've dealt with relatively recently, you'll be politely invited to sling your hook. If it's

boring, I'm afraid the management's decision is final. Absolutely final.

I just hope you don't push Michael and Rianna, who are answering the phones.

I hope you don't push them towards actually telling you that you'll just take the hint.
