Good evening, folks, and welcome to police off the cuff.

Tonight we're going to be talking about the fallout from the Brown University shootings,

the active shooter, then the one there, the mass shooter, whatever you want to call them,

and specifically the security failures in regards to this. And we see a lot of people trying to do what we call

in the police profession as C-Y-A. Yep, you got it. You guess it. Cover your ass. But by doing that,

someone has to take the blame. And who is going to take the

blame here? Usually it's one of the lowest people on the totem pole here. And when we look at this

campus, this university, who is going to be, well, look at the Brown Security Chief,

being thrown under the bus by the college president.

And I don't know the man, Chief Rodney Chapman.

I don't know whether or not this could be considered his fault or is it just specifically this woman here

the president of the college christina paxon knocking down a really meager salary of through

$3.1 million a year i guess she has to throw somebody under the bus.

She doesn't want to be the one to get blamed for this and lose her $3.1 million job.

But there's real problems here, real big problems here, and a lot of it can be traced to the culture.

And what does that mean?

The culture.

When you speak about the culture of the school, let's not forget that the students at this school pay $92,000 a year to go to Brown University.

And many of the other Ivy League schools follow suit.

I believe Columbia University in New York is 100K.

And I'm sure many of them are around that same area.
