Bower Roth. I have chicken in my teeth. Excuse me. Just enjoyed a little rice and beans, chicken, and some sauteed veggies for breakfast.

The sauteed veggies weren't my best work.

I've done much better in the past but sometimes you just got to add some veggies in.

Now my stomach's making noises, my throat's making noises,

my throat's making noises, we'll get through this. I as I was watching or as I was

eating this rice and beans chicken breakfast I was sitting with my husband on the

couch because right now as I'm recording this it's

Sunday morning and we're watching a show called Alone I think it's a Canadian

show and so they just have season six on Netflix right now. They don't have any of the

previous seasons and it's all about these survivalists going to the Canadian

winter I don't know if it's even winter, it's probably like fall to winter, and they're allowed to bring 10 things and I think they're given some stuff as well.

And then they have to fucking survive, and the last one standing gets $500,000.

So... standing gets $500,000. So they have to hunt their own food, they have to kill it, they have

to skin it, they have to cook it, they have to, I don't know, build their shelter.

They have to not get diseases.

They have to not like cut themselves,

which one girl's cut herself like three times.

But this show is such a good reminder of why I don't go out into the outdoors.

Because number one, you need so much fucking shit.

It's not the survival part. It's the if you want to go
