This is a special episode for me, partly because usually when we talk to a guest,

they pick a joke from earlier in their career or a project they're promoting.

Our guest this week, Cameron Esizito picked a joke for material

she has yet to release. As you'll hear in the interview, she's just so passionate about her

upcoming hour that she

is that Esposito is that Esposito is

trying to do something that's never been done before.

As she explains, when she saw that some in the press

have already started writing comeback stories for the powerful men accused of sexual misconduct,

she set out to put together a full hour about sexual assault and her experience with it's

both personally and as a comedian. The result is striking. It's hard-hitting,

poignant, joyful, tragic, empowering, and a million more actative

all while being really, really funny.

It's easily one of the highlights of my career to get to talk to Cameron about it on this

podcast.
