let's get started good morning and welcome to today's episode i just want to begin by saying that

i love it when god's word gets in the way.

Whatever you have planned, whatever was on your mind, whatever you thought you were going to do

next, gets interrupted by an open Bible and the powerful work of God. That can show up in a lot

of ways, but it can only show up if you are in the Word of God.

I cannot suggest enough, though it is not really a part of the specifics of today's episode.

It is very much the reason today's episode exists.

Please be in the Word as early as possible every day.

If you wanted to set the theme for the day or bring about a change in your heart and life that can then be utilized throughout the day, you've got to start in God's word early.

I had a plan all set. I was going to come to the building today and do an episode with you on prayer to kind of circle back to an episode a few weeks ago where we talked about reasons why God may not hear our

prayers, and I want to turn to the positive direction and talk to you about God hearing them, yes,

but what are you requesting? What are you asking from him? What are you expecting him to do,

believing he will do, even above and beyond, just giving you the word of God to read, which of course is also very
