Summary

The Tennessee Titans are just weeks away from going full speed into a head coaching search and Cam Ward has expressed a desire to have input in the next coach -- and he should! Ward has shown all season long that he is a better decision maker than a lot of people in the building and giving him some say or at minimum, input, seems like the easy decision. However, the coach has to be more than just someone Ward likes. Moving to the matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs, the Titans will have to be ready for the heavy-blitz attack of the Chiefs defense and also be ready to blitz Gardner Minshew themselves. Players like James Williams, Arden Key, Chim Dike and Tyjae Spears will be critical to success, even if the Titans are not likely to win.
