but for now, I want to talk about the ways in which I lived through the last week or so.

Some of them were positive, some of them not so.

I'm going to be totally honest, which I'm going to try to be.

There are tools that I learned in this program

to help me survive and thrive when there was active alcoholism

when there was active dysfunction around me and those tools can serve me as we say in all my affairs.

Just a quick recap of what happened in my life in the last week or so.

There's the ongoing anxiety engendered by the pandemic engendered by the re-explosion of cases both in

my country in my county in my city and in the world as a whole. This virus is not going to dance to our tune, it's

dancing to its own tune. So there's that. There is of course in the United States a presidential election that has been deeply divisive and anxiety provoking for many of us I think.

my father had what appeared I guess at first glance to be a potential stroke
